Assential Qualification :

a) As on fifth of January, 2020, a candidate must be a holder of degree in Law as recognized by the Bar Council of India.  

b) A candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit :

A candidate must have attained the age of 22 years but must not be more than 35 years of age as on the last date prescribed for receipt of applications in the Commission‟s Office i.e. 5th January, 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for S.C. & OBC category candidates  

of Himachal Pradesh.
